UniFlo PV400 cement floor screed is used in the construction of floors with built-in heating, in the laying of floor slabs and concrete pavers. It is also suitable for external use as a base layer for terraces or balcony spaces. The mixture protects the surfaces from cracking and has a well-developed water resistance, which helps in successful use for wet rooms. The composition of the screed includes the characteristic quartz sand of UniPro products, which keeps its minimum shrinkage, but also guarantees a high load capacity.
